Rebecca N. Marchetti has been an associate attorney with the Firm since 2010. She has been an active member of the New York State Bar since 2008. Rebecca received her Bachelor of Science – magna cum laude – in Criminal Justice from Pace University in 2005 and went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Pace Law School in 2007.

Attorney Marchetti works primarily out of the Firm’s Manhattan office, as she chairs our Criminal Building Code Compliance Practice. Rebecca has extensive experience in defending New York City commercial landlords against criminal Fire Code Violations prosecuted in New York City Criminal Court and New York City’s Environmental Control Board (“ECB”).

Rebecca collaborates closely with our corporate clients and their teams of property managers, architects, expeditors and fire safety personnel to expeditiously reach favorable dispositions on criminal summonses. Rebecca handles fire code violations at all stages, including but not limited to, negotiations and plea deals, trials, vacating default judgments, requests for rehearings and appeals.
